i greatly appreciated the prompt buggy service. drivers babu and ganga were always available and helpful. the 81 restaurant was a plus, candrea and the chefs were very cute. mahmoud, the supervisor, showed amazing politeness and friendliness.
during my stay, i noticed that some areas of the upgraded rooms could benefit from enhanced cleaning. in particular, the floors seemed to need more attention to maintain the high standards i expect.

the hotel is set in a large park-like estate, offering a tranquil setting away from the city bustle.. it includes access to the beach and several kid-friendly amenities.

i found the breakfast to be very good. it had a lovely terrace overlooking the sea and the pool. the grounds were beautifully maintained and picturesque (the peacocks were a delight!).
the room i got had some snagging issues. i noticed some rusting taps. the do not disturb digital tools were also not working. (i found that a little frustrating).

fabulous resortexcellent selectiontasty range
the resort was fabulous and i could use each hotel's facilities. restaurants offered a good selection, something to meet all needs. breakfast at la fontana had a huge, fresh, tasty range of food. all staff were kind and friendly!
The main bedroom, balcony and villa block needs modernisation. Refresh is needed.

the resort is about 35-40 minutes by taxi from the city centre, so it may not suit frequent trips. however, it is suited if you want to relax in a beautiful resort.

the room was a sea view family room and was spacious. it featured huge beds and a modern bathroom. it accommodated my family of two adults and two young children!

i was all-inclusive, and the food and drink choices were excellent. i would highly recommend breakfast and the evening meal in the white orchid. the evening meal at the restaurant was really good!

the grounds and gardens are beautifully maintained. there are plenty of sun loungers around each pool and at the beachfront. all pools were heated and pool towels are readily available too.
